move one site on wordpress to my new wordpress domain

  I want to transfer one of my sites on wordpress to my wordpress domain which is found under a different .com. I am sure I am just dumb and there is a simple answer but I am willing to admit my ignorance!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  If you have already registered a WordPress.com address and you would like to use it for your site, follow these steps:
  – Export the content from your current site by following the steps in our Export guide
  – Import the content into your new site by following our Import guide
  – Optionally, add a Site Redirect to automatically redirect visitors to your new address

  Change a Site Address
