Move pictures from media library to hard drive

    Hi!

    I uploaded a large number of photos to my media library directly from my digital camera in May and June while I was traveling, so that I didn’t upload photos directly to the hard drives of various hostels from which I was writing. However, without being prompted, this process deleted these photos from my camera’s memory card. They remain in my WordPress media library.

    Is there any way to move these photos (in bulk) from my media library directly to my hard drive, without opening each one, right clicking for the dropdown and then choosing ‘save image as…’? Not only will doing so be painfully long and tedious (there’s a lot), I’m also worried about a loss in image quality.
