Move post date and comment section after post content on Home page

    Hi, I’m not sure if it can even be done without choosing a completely different theme, but I would like the post data like “posted on” date and comments to appear below the particular post content because the current layout is somewhat confusing. If it could be done within the same theme I’m currently using, that would be great. Thanks
