move seversal pages to a new WP

    hi I want to start a new WP blog that focuses on just a few posts on my current blog – I want this topic to have it’s own home so I can build this topic up over time.
    Is there an east way to transfer this all outside cut and past?

    Hi @spqrius,

    Yes, you can transfer selected content from your current blog to a new WordPress.com blog by exporting that content from your current site and download it as a .zip file, and then importing it into the new blog.

    If you follow this link it will explain how to export your content. Note: there’s a section on the page for how to export a particular selection of posts, and not all of your posts.

    Once you’ve successfully exported the selected content you desire, you can then import that file into the new blog you’ve set up. Look here for instructions on how to do that.
