Move sidebar to bottom and align them horizontally

  I edited the cutline theme to my liking, however, I would like to move my sidebar to the bottom.. This is easily done, however, I would also like them to be next to each other instead of vertically below each other (which looks kinda stupid).. Any ideas on how to do this?

  Probably easier to adapt a theme that already works this way.
