    How good are you with CSS editing? The paid CSS upgrade, and a good working knowledge of CSS is the only way to do that, and with some themes, it can take a huge amount of work.

    If you do not have experience with CSS, DO NOT take this job on before at the very least going through several of the online CSS tutorials and getting a good understanding of things. There is no official support for the CSS upgrade, and possible only one volunteer here in the forums that would be able to do this sort of thing. Most of us have only a moderate knowledge of CSS and would likely be no help at all with this sort of change.
