move site from one domain name to another

    I have 2 domain names: kadtalkinboston.wordpress.com and kadtalk.wordpress.com. I want to move everything on kadtalkinboston.wordpress.com over to the name kadtalk.wordpress.com. To do so do I need to delete kadtalk.wordpress.com first? How do I do this successfully?
