Hi,
We can only assist with WordPress.com hosted sites on this forum.
You can ask for support in the WordPress.org forums:
https://wordpress.org/support/forums/The difference between .ORG and .COM is explained here:
Your hosting provider (SoftLayer) may also be able to assist you.
Hope this helps :)

Hi there,
Did your site’s URL change as well when you switched hosting? Even just a switch from non-www to www is significant in this case.
If your URL did not change in any way your site should still be using the same Jetpack connection, in which case stats should still be there. But if the URL changed in any way and you disconnected and reconnected Jetpack that would explain this. I should be able to help you fix it in that case, but I’ll need to know what the URL was before you changed it.
Stats on self-hosted sites using Jetpack is a WordPress.com feature added by that plugin. In future, please tag threads about this feature for staff, or refer the user to Jetpack support. But the hosting provider has absolutely no way to help with this – most hosting providers don’t provide support for any aspect of the WordPress software, so in most cases referring someone to their hosting provider will not get them the help they need.
