move subcribers

  I would like to move my subcribers from my wordpress.com blog at iamshellybell.wordpress.com to my self-hosted blog at regretnothingwriteeverything.com. All the forums say to contact wordpress, but all of the “contact wordpress” links lead to this page. I cannot find an email address or phone number to contact wordpress.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hey there –

  If you have not already, please install the Jetpack plugin. I will flag this thread for staff assistance, and they will be able to transfer your subscribers for you. Please subscribe to this thread and they will contact you once the transfer is complete!

  Josh,
  My subscribers are not showing as being migrated. On iamshellybell.wordpress (free wordpress) there’s about 52 subscribers. I want them moved to regretnothingwriteeverything.com (hosted WordPress).

  New site is: bigoadventures.com

  I had my subscribers moved by Brooke. I asked a few other questions and haven’t heard back yet.

  It appears that you are caught in a caching issue. The subscribers ARE there, you just aren’t seeing them yet. We’re looking into it. But it should correct itself in short order. Let me know if it does not.

  I’m sure Brooke will get to your additional questions as soon as she can. We’re a little swamped at the moment as we had a full-company meetup last week. We’re all pushing as hard as we can to catch everything up, but it will take a couple days.
