I can help you with that.
As you have a couple different WordPress.com sites, can you do me a favor and clarify which you are talking about.

New site:Thanks!

Thanks!
old site= accordingtocarey.com (accordingtocarey.wordpress.com)
new site= accordingtocarey.com on BlueHost (http://69.195.124.129/~accordk1) -
Thank you.
However, http://69.195.124.129/~accordk1 looks like a temporary or development location for your site. You want to wait to move subscribers until your site is located at its permanent URL. Otherwise we would have to move them again after you switched from http://69.195.124.129/~accordk1 to http://www.yourdomain.com.
Does that make sense?
-
Yes, that makes sense. I will contact BlueHost to resolve this issue first then get back to you as soon as the permanent address is established.
-
-
OK… I changed the links within WordPress itself. Is that enough or do I need to actually go into the folders @ the host-site and change the domain name?
-
I do not know. You would need to ask your webhost how that is set up. At the moment, I am still seeing http://69.195.124.129/~accordk1 connected to jetpack.
One thing to try might be to disconnect and reconnect jetpack on accordingtocarey.com. Sometimes that kickstarts things.
-
OK, I deactivated/reactivated Jetpack. Can give that one more try? If it doesn’t work then I at least I will know exactly what to tell BlueHost.
-
Okay, I’ve tried a change on my end. Can you do the disconnect/reconnect thing again? For some reason, it wasn’t going through properly.
-
-
BlueHost just made some changes to my MX so they say it should be working correctly in the next 4-12 hours.
-
Oops, sorry that last one was to address a completely different problem. However, maybe it will help with the problem you were having at your end as well. Hopefully.
-
No Worries, we’re all good now.
I have migrated your subscribers and followers to your new site.
Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

Happy to help.
Let me know if there is anything else I can do for you. Otherwise, thanks for using WordPress.
