Provided you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and you post the relevant URL(s) into a forum thread, Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you. Do that now please as I have tagged this thread for their attention.

Hi timethief,
I had installed and activated JetPack and WordPress connect. So how long should I wait? Or I still missing any step? Thanks!
-
Btw, how about Site Stats? Is it possible to move the old data to new site as well? Thanks!
-
Hi! Is there any update? I am still waiting someone to move our subscribers and site stats. Thanks a lot~
-
btw, my old site is URL is flyagainla.wordpress.com, now migrate to flyagain.la. Any information / step I need to do or provide? Please advise.

If there had been an update it would have been posted. Sadly you kept bumping this thread when it was not in your best interest to do so. Staff address all thread tagged for their attention by serving the threads with the earliest date stamps and time stamps first and move forward to the most recent ones. You moved the timestamp/datestamp on this thread forward in time repeatedly. Please practice patience.

I can help you with the subscriber migration. However, it appears that you have jetpack connected to flyagainla.dreamhosters.com and not to flyagain.la. Can you please correct that? Once done, I can migrate subscribers for you.

Dear rootjosh,
Thanks for your help first. I don’t know how to switch the connection from flyagainla.dreamhosters.com to flyagain.la, but I have disconnected WordPress.com and login again. Is it useful for you? Or any step I should follow? Please check.

but I have disconnected WordPress.com and login again.
Looks like that worked. Thanks!
I have migrated your subscribers and followers to your new site.
Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

Thanks rootjosh, noted you have migrated our subscribers and followers, but…
1. When I click “Site Stats”, the number of “blog” under “Followers” is wrong (it show 78 only, but actual number is over 1,1xx).
2. When I click “blog” -> “E-mail-only Subscribers”, it only show the first 100 subscribers (even can’t search old subscribers). But if we click “Download all email-only followers as CSV”, it show all subscribers.
3. For “Site Stats”, it only shows the data after re-connected. Is it possible to combine with old stat (i.e. wordpress.com)?
Thanks again!

Hi rootjosh,
Just checked again. Point 1 and 2 are fine now (will run testing soon). How about Point 3? Thanks again.

Is it possible to combine with old stat (i.e. wordpress.com)
Yes, maybe. Depending on how well your post ID’s match.
It can come out wonky. Though we can undo it if it does. Would you like to give it a go?

oh…btw…one more…we couldn’t use search function to find subscribers. Any hints?
Can you explain this a bit further?
-
I mean, when I input an username / email address in “Search Followers”, no search result was found (even I input a correct email address).
Btw, is it possible to combine stats and subscribers within the period of 26/9 to 6/10, which the site was connected to flyagainla.dreamhosters.com? Thanks again~
