Move subscribers

  Hi, I would like to move my subscribers from http://www.autoimmunityblog.wordpress.com to http://www.autoimmunityblog.com
  Jetpack is installed and connected.
  Please, support staff, transfer those subscriptions. Thanx.
  (I always end up on this page, /contact/, in the community section)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  However, I have a question: Now, there are only 61 subscriptions mentioned, whereas on the old page it says 440.

  I’ve transferred these followers:

  WP.com Subscribers: 12
  EMail Subscribers: 49

  Note that the follow/subscribe widget includes Facebook and Twitter followers too, these followers cannot be transferred to your self-hosted site.
