Move subscribers

  Hello,

  I need to transfer my subscribers from my old wordpress.com site (thinkpositivetoday.wordpress.com) to my new self-hosted wordpress site (ichoosepositiveproject.com). They are not on the same wordpress/jetpack account, but I’ve been told that a member of staff can do this for me?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  yes, i did see that, but it only seems to work if the two sites are under the same account. Mine are not.
