move subscribers

  I’d like to move my subscribers from itsafinefinelife.wordpress.com to lifebynaomi.com. Is that possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can transfer your WordPress.com Followers and email followers from your WordPress.com blog to your Jetpack site by following the instructions here:
  http://jetpack.me/support/subscription-migration-tool/

  This doesn’t help – I haven’t got a Jetpack site, but another WordPress site. Is it possible?
