move subscribers
-
I’m not sure if I’m moving from a wordpress.com to a wordpress.com blog, or to a self-hosted one. I am using BlueHost for my blog here (lesimonis.com). If I am using the self-hosted blog now, I’m not sure how to make it that I am logging into jetpack with the same account to move my followers over.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi Lauren,
If you are using BlueHost that means you are using WordPress.org. What you can do is activate the Jetpack plugin and once you do, I can transfer over your followers for you. Let me know once you you do!
If you have any questions about it, take a look here:

I have jetpack installed on the new blog so I think I’m good to go? Let me know if I didn’t do something right!
Thanks for helping me out!

Update: I tried using these steps to migrate my followers: http://jetpack.me/support/subscription-migration-tool/
but when I clicked migrate then okay in the dialogue box, I got a notification saying: “Only blog owners can migrate subscribers.”

I’m sorry for the mixup, but currently only staff can do the migration for you. I have done this and you should be set!
Happy Blogging.
