Move subscribers

  Hello,

  I am trying to move my blog over to being self hosted and have completed most of the process. I am currently attempting to move the subscribers and followers, and have connected between my self-hosted and wordpress.com using Jetpack. I have attempted to do the transfer manually through your guide provided http://jetpack.me/support/subscription-migration-tool/ but was unable to choose my wordpress.com website when I got to the migration/monitor page. I am trying to transfer between dtdynasty.wordpress.com and dtdynasty.com. Thanks for the help!

  Did you receive any errors when attempting to connect to WordPress.com?
