Move subscribers & email to new domain

  I’ve recently moved to a self-hosted site http://www.livingbipolarlife.com. I would like to migrate my followers / emails to this site.
  I had it done once before but the installation was deleted and redone due to technical difficulties.

  Hi ,
  This thread is tagged for Staff assistance. Please be sure you have installed and activated the Jetpack plugin. Note also that Staff can move only email subscribers. Followers using the Reader cannot be moved.

  Ok. I have the jetpack plugin. Can you move my email subscribers then?
