Move subscribers from .com blog to new .org blog

Hi, I had a free .com blog called Tiffany Talks Books (tiffanytalksbooks.com) and I recently moved it to an .org blog still Tiffany Talks Books which is now hosted by Bluehost. I have been able to transfer my content but not able to transfer my followers. Will you please help me with this? Thanks in advance!
