Move subscribers from .com to .org

You all helped me move my subscribers before from godcenteredmom.wordpress.com to godcenteredmom.staging.firehost.com (my .org instance). I now however changed the domain to godcenteredmom.com and reauthorized jetpack but don’t see my subscribers!!! Please help.
