move subscribers from .com to .org

  Hello!
  I just moved my blog from .com to .org and need to move my 700+ subscribers to my new one. Please advise how to do this.

  spendyourdays.wordpress.com was my old website, and my new one is spendyourdays.com

  I have Jetpack installed on my .org site and have already purchased the site redirect upgrade.
