Move subscribers from .com to self hosted

I would like to move my subscribers from my WordPress.com site to my self-hosted WordPress Account. (i.e from e63club.wordpress.com to http://www.mulikamwizi.com) I have Jetpack installed on the Self-hosted blog

Hi, I’m not ready to move my subscribers yet, but I might like to do that soon…if I should I just write to support as mwirigi has done? I’m at http://defeatdespair.wordpress.com which I’m going to keep as is for now, until I get my website developed, but plan to eventually transfer to a subdomain. Thanks for any info or advice you could give me!

After you set up your WordPress.org install and install and activate the JetPack plugin on it. You post a thread here and provide the relevant URL(s), then they do the transfer of subscribers and stats for you.
