Move subscribers from one blog to the other

  I’ve combined some blogs but would like my followers moved over.

  First, move my followers
  FROM
  http://becomingasinglemother.wordpress.com
  TO
  http://mysideofordinary.wordpress.com

  Next, move followers
  FROM
  http://mysideofordinaryold.wordpress.com
  TO
  http://mysideofordinary.wordpress.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
