Move subscribers from WordPress.com to a self-hosted blog.

  Hi. I need to move my current subscribers of a WordPress.com site http://www.blogdianacamposcandanedo.wordpress.com to a to my new self hosted blog http://www.dianacamposcandanedo.com.

  I’ve already installed Jetpack pluggin in the new site. So I just need you to move the current suscribers to the new site. Is it a free service?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
