move subscribers from wordpress.com to wordpress.org

  I need help moving my subscribers from my old wordpress.com site to my new self-hosted wordpress.org site.
  I’ve installed jetjpack and have it on my new site.
  My wordpress.com address is: camtaylordotnet.wordpress.com
  My new site is – camtaylor.net (or – 66.147.244.97/~camtaylo/)
