Move Subscriber's from wordpress.com to wordpress.org hosted blog

  I have recently set up a new hosted blog on wordpress.org. I have jetpack installed on the new blog, http://www.secretsofatravelconcierge.com. I would like to move my subcriber’s over from the wordpress.com blog to the new hosted blog. How do I do that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
