Move subscribers from wordpress.com > wordpress.org?

  Hi I just moved my blog to wordpress.com (www.allinasoiree.wordpress.com) to wordpress.org (allinasoiree.com) is there a way staff can move my blog subscribers and blog followers over to my site at http://www.wordpress.org.

  I also have installed the jetpack pluggin!
