Move subscribers from wordpress.com > wordpress.org?

OK, I have horrible news… our new host apparently had to wipe out everything on our new site (http://www.linkdeadgaming.com/wordpress) and rebuild; as such, none of our followers are there anymore :(
I also see that they’re not listed on our old .com site either… is there any way to restore them (from both chaelura.wordpress.com and linkdeadgaming.wordpress.com) and move them again to the new site?
I am so sorry… this has been a nightmare :(

Thanks SO much Macmanx, we cannot express in words how much we appreciate this, as this whole thing has been a nightmare and we thought we were going to lose touch with all of those that were subscribed to the site.

I actually googled this post.
But I would like to say great work macmanx. You really are kind!!!I have a wordpress blog, which I have hardly used.
(that’s wordpress.com), however I have used wordpress.org a lot! But at the moment I want to do the following and need some advice:1.Create new wordpress.com blog
2.set it up, get followers, post (do this for a few months)
3.Move it to wordpress.org install.My questions are:
1. Can I move posts and pages and how?
2. Can I move plugins or do I have to reinstall? Amd themes?
3. Can I register a domain with another registrar besides wordpress and still transfer?
4. Do wordpress staff have to move subscribers or can I?
5. Can you provide me with any links to explain the procedure?Thank You
P.S. I apologize if it is not appropriate to poost here and initially I just wanted to say ‘Great wor’ but since this post came up in the top ten results in google for ‘wordpress.com transfer wordpress.org’ I believe it would help others like me.

Wow that was fast thanks, but now I have a question. It says that it transferred 28 subscribers and my wordpress.com said I had over 120. Why is there a difference? Again thanks for the amazingly quick response.
