move subscribers in Jetpack
-
Has anyone had success getting help from Jetpack support? I put in a ticket on Thursday (two days ago) and have had no reply.
I tried once before several months ago, and no one EVER replied.
I need to move my subscribers from my previous self-hosted site to my new self-hosted site. I tried to follow these instructions:
http://jetpack.me/support/subscription-migration-tool/
but only my new site even shows up there. I have Jetpack on both sites.I’m starting to feel desperate. Any advice?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
What do you mean by new site?
Post all relevant URLs here please as I tagged this thread for Staff for Staff assistance. Please be patient while waiting. -
So sorry. I started with this site: http://prayerfulmom.com.
Then I changed the name to http://happierbetterlife.com.
A web developer directed traffic from Prayerful Mom to Happier Better Life and transferred all my old posts and info from the original site to the new name.
However, my subscribers did not migrate. The web developer said for me to contact Jetpack support to migrate over my email subscribers. -

Thank YOU for helping me!
Someone suggested I ask through this forum about how to get help from Jetpack support, since I wasn’t getting any reply from the request I had in with them.
I appreciate very much your “tagging” this thread for Staff, and also for taking the time to communicate with me.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend! -
Hi there,
It looks like this has already been taken care of for you! I see that your older blog (prayerfulmom.com) no longer has any subscribers and your new blog (happierbetterlife.com) has 69 or so.
Is that how you intended things?

Yes, thank you. It looks like my web developer probably got involved in this and took care of me.
Thanks for the follow-up! -

You guys are amazing! Turns out it was Jen from Jetpack who took care of it! Thanks for everything.
