Move subscribers to self-hosted blog

  I’d like to move my blog and email subscribers from my old wordpress.com blog to my new self-hosted blog. Old blog: doomthings.wordpress.com. New blog: http://www.doomthings.com. Please let me know what I need to do to make this happen! Thanks!!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Install Jetpack. Then we can put a modlook on this thread for staff to see and make the transfer for you. If you subscribe, then you’ll be notified when there is a response.
