move subscribers to self hosted blog

  I want to move my subscribers from my .com blog to my selfhosted wordpress blog

  – pinkpetzie.wordpress.com to http://www.pinkpetzie.de

  Jetpack is installed and connected to my .com account

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Thanks a lot, i use the wp-like btn under my blogposts. Do you know why my followers can’t like my posts directly into their readers? Is there a way to make this possible, too?

  I do have the Plugin installed. And its possible to like my posts if you are in my blog, but into the wordpress reader you can like posts whitout going to the blog. I think these are .com blogs?

  WordPress.ORG sites are stand alone islands that do not belong to a blogging community like blogs do here at WordPress.COM. The only blogs that belong to the WordPress.COM community are free hosted WordPress.COM blogs. When posts are published on free hosted WordPress.COM blogs they appear in the WordPress.COM Community Reader.
