Move subscribers to self hosted wordpress

  Move subscribers from wordpress.com to self hosted wordpress.org

  I have installed jetpack on my domain http://zenspeaknine.com/ and is currently connected to wordpress.com website. Please let me know if you need any other information to move my subscribers to my new self hosted blog. Thank you!
