Hi there,
Staff can do this for you. I tagged this thread for their assistance. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond. -
It looks like the blog you have connected to Jetpack is globalveg.wpengine.com. You should try disconnecting your site from Jetpack and then reconnecting it, as globalveg.com will be treated as a different site from globalveg.wpengine.com in our system.
Once you’ve done that, I can move your stats and followers to your new site. Please let me know.

@gracejiyoung hello! I submitted on the forum for this same issue (moving stats and subscribers) earlier this morning but have not yet heard back. Did I submit the wrong way? Could this please be fixed? Thank you.

@gravejiyoung

I am so sorry to keep asking so many questions, but now when I check subscribers (via jetpack), it states that I have 22 and on the old wordpress.com blog I have 91. Is it possible to transfer the other 91 subscribers?
Thank you!

@debtfreetejana-
Please note you did not have 91 WordPress.com and Email subscribers – that number included your Twitter/Facebook followers. Did you get that from the Follow Blog widget?
We can only transfer over your WordPress.com and email subscribers which ended up being: 19 WordPress.com followers and 2 Email Subscribers. They have all been transferred.
Cheers!

Oh! I had no idea it included the twitter followers as well. Thank you so much for such a quick response!!

hello, is there a way to move stat info from one blog to another? the blog i need help with is ohhsusanna.wordpress.com and i’ve already deleted the old blog:( i do have the export file though.

@jep0811-
Hi there,
I’m sorry but we actually merge stats, not move them from one to another (hope that makes a little sense), so since your previous blog was deleted there would be nothing to merge with your new one.
Please note that the export file would only contain your media files and posts/pages – not your site stats. So unfortunately, that wouldn’t be an option either.
I’m sorry I couldn’t be of more help!
