move subscribers/stats to the new address

  I disconnect the jetpack from de old site in http://www.caminho.selfip.com and conect it the jetpack in the new address http://www.caminhosantiago.net

  Now i need to move all the subscribers/stats to the new address.
  Can anyone help me?

  Staff here move subscribers and stats from WordPress.com blogs to WordPress.ORG installs. However, you are referring to two WordPress.ORG installs.
