move subsribers and followers

  Hi,
  I have move this website http://zebarie.com/ to self hosted host.
  i have changed the dns also and now the domain points to self hosted host.

  the free domain was zebarie.wordpress.com

  I have installed JETPAC and conttent it to wordpress.com but i can’t find the tool for subscribers migration.

  hope you can help to move all the subscribes to http://zebarie.com/ on the self hosted site.

  Make sure you’ve activated the Jetpack subscription module: http://jetpack.me/support/subscriptions/

  Then refer to this guide for transferring your subscribers: http://jetpack.me/support/subscription-migration-tool/

  I do not see a Jetpack site activated on your WordPress.com account, orligruber. Once that is connected, I can move your subscribers from zebarie.wordpress.com.

  Hi, thanks i was able to sort it out, my hosting open the ip address to my wordpress self hosted could communicate with jetpack. so all good now and i moved the subscribers.
