  How do you use a customized theme from one subdomain in another subdomain? I have a theme format customized in one subdomain and want to use the same customized theme in a another subdomain, without having to recreate all the customized work already done. There must be a way to move the work already done once and use it with another blog in another subdomain?

  If you are referring to the free hosted WordPress.com blog you can’t. WordPress.com themes are not exportable nor are customizations. A cusom design upgrade applies to a single blog only for a single year when it is due for renewal. http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/

  If you are referring to a WordPress.org install I’m sorry but you have posted to the wrong support forum. We cannot help you here at WordPress.com with those two sites as they not being hosted by WordPress.com. This is the correct forum for your software http://wordpress.ORG/support/ If you have not registered a WordPress.org username account yet you can do so on the top right hand corner of the page I just linked to so you can post to those support forums.
