    Also @gorbatow, just to clarify, the Health Check plugin will make _you_ see a default theme for troubleshooting, and it will deactivate all plugins. Including Klarna checkout.

    But the site your customers saw during your troubleshooting looked completely normal. That troubleshooting tool is safe that way.

    In my troubleshooting, I could not get to the checkout page unless I deactivated Klarna, even with virtually every other plugin turned off.

    @gorbatow, I think we’ve spotted the issue.

    Klarna is working fine with the old checkout shortcode, but it’s currently incompatible with the new checkout block feature. And sure enough, I found some details here:

    Most extensions developed by WooCommerce fully support the block-based cart/checkout at this time. However, it is likely that a plugin/extension running on your store may not work as expected.

    So the fix for now was to go ahead and replace the checkout block with the checkout shortcode.
