  If I move from wordpress.com to wordpress.org, will my followers be transferred? Will my current stats be transferred or do I start over?

  Once you have everything moved over to your new webhost, you’ll need to get the jetpack plugin set up and connected (http://jetpack.me). Once that is done, WordPress.com staff can transfer your followers over for you.

  Stats can be transferred. But you need to make sure that you set up your WordPress.org site so that the post IDs match the post IDs on your WordPress.com site.
