Move wordpress.com suscribers to wordpress.org Help!

  I have contacted WordPress a few weeks ago to move my subscribers from http://www.loyolnyc.wordpress.com to http://www.loyolnycblog.com but nothing has happened yet. Is there a reason for this delay or can a staff member please tell me if I forgot to do something that would allow the migration to work?

  Your WordPress.com followers will continue to see your new posts in the Reader. If they would like to receive email updates, as well, they can subscribe via email on your new blog.
