move your site to and email addresses

I have two issues. the first one, I started using Ipage as my hosting company, they told me to ask you for the change of the nameservers, I don t remember where I called but we did the change. but now my website is not visible. in ipage they say the backup is missing, so now I need you to help me with that.
the second issue would be, if I want to leave everything like it was with my website visible, what nameservers or other information and where should I change in wordpress to set up everything as it was and make my page visible again? The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
I started using Ipage as my hosting company, they told me to ask you for the change of the nameservers, I don t remember where I called but we did the change. but now my website is not visible. in ipage they say the backup is missing, so now I need you to help me with that.
Did you create your original site through iPage.com? If so, you’ll need to contact their support department in order to help with your current issue. They have an Live Chat option in the upper right of their site:
https://www.ipage.com/ipage/index.htmlIf you want to export your old content from WordPress.com to your self-hosted WordPress site then you can follow our guide here:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#moving-to-wordpress-orgthe second issue would be, if I want to leave everything like it was with my website visible, what nameservers or other information and where should I change in wordpress to set up everything as it was and make my page visible again?
If you’d like to reset your name servers and go back to using WordPress.com, then you can update them via the My Domains page:
https://wordpress.com/my-domainsFrom here, select Edit next to your domain and then, in the resulting window, select Name Servers on the left and check the ‘Use WordPress.com name servers’ option.
Let me know if this helps or if you have any extra questions!
