Moved email to new service – mail from other wordpress hosted domains bounces

    I have updated the DNS to move our email to a new service – which is now working fine.

    When someone tries to to email us from one of the other WordPress hosted domains their email bounces with 550 5.0.0 User Unknown.

    What should I do?

    Hi @dulwichbooks , I noticed the email associated with this account may be affected. It would probably be easiest to resolve this over chat if possible:
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact — try reaching us during US Business hours (9am-8pm Eastern).

    Otherwise, can you make sure you’ve added an account for each address at your new mail provider? Or if a separate domain is affected, let me know what domain that is so I can check its settings.
