Howdy,
You’re almost there! To use a custom domain bought elsewhere with your WordPress.com follow our domain mapping guide to map or transfer your domain to us.
https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/Once you’ve added the domain to your WordPress.com site and pointed it to our servers you’ll be good to go.

Hello I cannot unlock my domain from Bluehost. Presumably because my domain is due for renewing in 30 days? How do I proceed to get the Bluehost static page removed from my
BLOG page? -
Hi there, I would discuss this with Bluehost and specifically ask them if you can change the nameservers to point to WordPress.com before you renew. It may well be you will have to renew the domain name first.
Once you can change the nameservers to point at WordPress.com, you can proceed with the mapping.
