Moved from .org to .com, but need to update links?

    Hi there,

    I recently moved my blog (myhouseinsouthwestfrance.com) from a self-hosted to wordpress.com (myhouseinsouthwestfrance.wordpress.com). The move went fine, but I have links in several blog posts that are still pointing to the old blog. How do I update these? Is there a Find & Replace function on wordpress.com?
