Moved from WordPress.com to a self hosted site but lost my subscribers

  Hi I Moved from WordPress.com to a self hosted wp site(domain name remains same) but lost my subscribers, stats, likes, and followers. On website you said I could help to get them migrated.

  The blog I need help with is http://anupriyamishra.wordpress.com
  Self hosted Site is : http://www.anupriyamishra.com/

  Jetpack is active and tried to follow http://jetpack.me/support/subscription-migration-tool/#howto
  but can’t find the optioned mentiojned in this post

  I sent an email using online form to support but never received any reply.

  Please help

  Hi Lizthefair,

  I just observed that there were around 248 subscriber but now I see only 142 on http://www.anupriyamishra.com/

  Could you please check it once again :)

  I checked again and there are no subscribers remaining on your old site.

  Note: WordPress.com subscriber counts include Social media followers if you have your account connected via publicize, so that accounts for the “missing” followers.

  When you reconnect your Twitter LinkedIn and Google plus pages to your new site, the followers will come back.
