  I would like to move all of my followers from http://www.ohmagonline.wordpress.com to http://www.oh-mag.com

  Also, will the followers and any new people searching on reader be able to see my new posts from my hosted wordpress site?

  Yes and no.

  Your followers will see your posts in their WordPress.com Reader. Your posts will not show up for topic or tag searched on WordPress.com.
