Mover my subscribers from wordpress.com to my self-hosted wordpress.org site

  Hello,

  I would like to move my subscribers from my blog on wordpress.com to be moved to my selfhosted website on wordpress.org.
  Please help me.

  PS – I announced the move when I transferred the content.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
