Movie Header on mobile

    Hello. I put a video in the header. It works for computer + tablet but on the phone version, it does not work (it’s an image). Can you help me please ?

    Hi there,

    This is expected.

    Most mobile browsers don’t have the same level of support for HTML video that desktop browsers have, and if you’re viewing the site on a browser that doesn’t support the code used to add the video header, it will display the fallback image instead. In fact, this is exactly why the theme gives you the option to set a fallback image to begin with.

    So this is not something we can fix from our end – the code on your site is working fine. The problem is the browser you’re using to view the site cannot understand this particular code.
