Movie output from Keynote

  I cannot get a movie out from Keynote software to complete processing. The .MOV file runs perfectly on my computer and uploads to WordPress without a hitch, but it just says it is processing, forever. Never finishes. Tried it multiple times. If you don’t know, a MOV export of a Keynote is clickable and shows like a Keynote presentation, but in Movie format. It seems to have been processed, because it will play in Preview mode.

  All I can do is tag this for staff so that hopefully they will see it and respond. They are out of the office until the 19th, but they are monitoring the forums.

  I just triggered a reprocess of the video; please check in a short while to see if it is working. If it is not, we’ll take a closer look.

  Loading the base video you uploaded in my browser told me that I didn’t have authorization to play the video.

  Did you protect it in any way? If you did, the transcoder will not be able to read it.
