Movieclip don´t work

  I tried to show a short movieclip, but it does not work. Is it not allowed if it´s not Youtube? I past the code in the code-mode and tthen go back to visual, but all I can see is a red cross. Am I doing something wrong? This is the code:

  I can upload from Youtube and some other sites as Google for example. But not from the site i tried and I just saw that it´s not allowed here at WordPress. Thanks anyway.
