I have3 a wordpress website called seeyouinclass.com. I an moving it from Ipage to Bluehost. I have all the files backed up but it is all confusing when it doesn’t look like the website. can I move it through wordpress

It looks like your website is a self-hosted WordPress.ORG website. These forums are for sites hosted on WordPress.COM. For information on the differences between the two, check this support page here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
For WordPress.ORG support, you can visit https://wordpress.org/support/ and they should be able to help you from there.
You might also want to check with iPage support https://www.ipage.com/support/contact.bml or Bluehost support https://www.bluehost.com/contact for help with transferring your website between the two hosts.
If you’re interested in mapping your domain with WordPress.COM, WordPress.com does not currently support incoming domain transfers, but we do offer domain mapping for upgraded WordPress.com plans. See https://wordpress.com/pricing/ for options on upgrading your account.
If you chose this option, once you have upgraded your account, go to My Site, Plan, Domains, Add Domain, then click on, “Already own a domain?” and you will be able to map your existing domain name to your WordPress blog.
After you’ve mapped the domain in WordPress.com, you will need to update your DNS servers with your domain registrar. For detailed instructions on all of this, please check our out tutorials at https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/.
With this option, your registrar will still be Bluehost, but your name servers will be with WordPress.com instead of iPage.
