Moving a B2B Oscommerce Site to WordPress

  I see the huge development in WordPress and I am thinking about converting an existing Oscommerce B2B site to WordPress which has far more support and the framework appears to be much stronger than oscommerce. My site is a product driven site but I do not take orders on the b2b site. Right now it is a product showcase and I would like to keep it that way. Does WordPress 3.0 make sense for this sort of thing. Also I show a product and maybe 12 additional thumbnails of that given product with links to related items. Does WordPress have the ability to do this sort of thing? I appreciate any suggestions /plugin ideas. I am not concerned in the importing of items from Oscommerce unless there is a way to do this. I understand I might have to re-upload all the pages and data into WordPress.

  You might have a problem with what you want to do on WordPress.COM – you might want to ask over at WordPress.ORG

  Yes I understand the site needs plugins supported by the standalone hosting.
